What happens when I request an assessment, and how long does it take?
You share your project details, and a statistically trained Research Coordinator reviews them personally. The assessment is complimentary, and we aim to respond the same day. You then receive a personalized quotation and timeline, although detailed proposals may need additional review. How long the analysis itself takes depends on project complexity and is confirmed at the assessment stage.
Why can't you give me a rough estimate right now?
Statistical analysis cost depends on your protocol, aim and data, and a rough estimate without reviewing them risks being inaccurate. We review your actual project and give you one fixed project fee for the agreed scope, not a starting estimate.
Is the fee fixed, or can it change later?
The fee is confirmed for the agreed scope before work begins, and reasonable revisions within that scope are included for 30 days after delivery, unless your proposal specifies otherwise. If you later request something outside the scope, such as new analyses, a changed dataset or additional research services, the scope and any associated fees are discussed and agreed in advance.
When do I pay?
