Can I speak to the statistician directly?
All communication runs through your Research Coordinator, who is trained in statistics and manages your project from start to finish. This keeps your project consistent and confidential, and lets your statistician focus entirely on your analysis without interruption.
What if my deadline changes?
Let your Research Coordinator know as early as possible. We will do what we can to accommodate a change, though it may affect the timeline or scope originally agreed.
What if I need revisions after delivery?
Let your Research Coordinator know what needs adjusting. Minor clarifications are handled as part of the engagement; more significant changes are scoped and confirmed before any further work begins.
Do I need an account or login?
No. There is no account or login required at any stage. You share your project, receive your assessment, and receive your results, all through direct communication with your Research Coordinator.
